2. Improved Seed Access
Promote climate-resilient seed varieties.
Create state-level distribution networks.
3. Strengthening Market Ecosystem
Develop premium pricing mechanisms for organic produce.
Improve marketing linkages for natural produce.
4. Decentralized Implementation
Promote localised seed banks & village-level programs.
Support via ICAR, state governments & private sector.
5. Enhanced Certification & Labelling
Simplify Organic Product Certification under NPOP.
Provide labelled support systems (POS-based models).
6. Integrated Pest Management
Scale up biological pest control systems via ICAR–NBAIR.
Reduce dependency on chemical pesticides.
