Key Responsibilities
Provide consulting services in your area of expertise (e.g., business development, education strategy, nonprofit management, translation, or operational support)
Collaborate with our team on projects that support student access, educational growth, and global partnerships
Develop and deliver high-quality digital content, proposals, or strategic recommendations as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, partners, or team members
Manage your own availability and meet deadlines consistently
Uphold platform standards by delivering neutral, ethical, and globally respectful content and guidance
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in your relevant field (e.g., business consulting, education, nonprofit work, translation, or related areas)
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently while aligning with project or platform goals
Reliable internet access and familiarity with remote collaboration tools
Self-driven, well-organized, and respectful of deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international teams, clients, or organizations
Previous work in education, nonprofit leadership, or multilingual environments
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Trello, or content delivery platforms
Fluency in more than one language (especially for translators)
Compensation
Consultants receive 70% of the contracted service fee, with the ability to set their own rates based on experience and scope of work. High-performing consultants may receive bonus opportunities and increased visibility across the platform.
Additional Notes
Consultants may be involved in project-based work, cross-platform initiatives, or recurring advisory roles
