Hello! My name is Florence, and I’m a passionate and dedicated educator with a deep love for teaching and learning. I have been in the classroom for several years, working primarily with elementary students. I believe in creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. My teaching style is student-centered, creative, and rooted in the belief that learning should be both meaningful and enjoyable. I’m especially passionate about literacy, character development, and using real-world connections to make lessons come alive. I take pride in building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and I’m always eager to grow professionally and learn new strategies that will benefit my students.
